Mammoth Brewing Co. opened in 1995 as a microbrewery/brewpub at 24 Lake Mary Road. The brewpub was sold and new owners took over the microbrewery in 2007. The brewery is housed in the basement of the Whiskey Creek Brew Pub and a 15-bbl Liquid Assets brewhouse is utilized.
