causing the chapter to schedule only indoor shows from this point forward.

In the April, May, June 1987 edition of the chapter newsletter editor Bill Luers announced that he was stepping down after holding the position since 1983. Dave Gausepohl took over as both chapter president and newsletter editor in October of 1987.

In 1990 the chapter after a third vote in as many years, elected by
a 34-7 vote to make chapter functions buy, sell, trade eliminating a trade
only policy which had been in effect since the chapter was first organized.
The first show with buy, sell, trade was held at the Gailey VFW post on
December 2, 1990.
