This brewery opened on December 9, 1994 and is located in the historic Placer Inn building. The brewery is named after the imaginary elf like creatures that came to Idaho Springs with the Cornish Miners in the 1860's. A 20-bbl Price Schoenstrom brewhouse is used to produce their beers.
